Founded by Dr. Oksana Panchenko, PhD, LPC, Center for Counseling & Psychological Services You Talk provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected despite appearing strong on the outside. We understand that many of our clients manage successful careers and families while quietly carrying emotional exhaustion. Billing & Insurance
We accept electronic payments for all therapy sessions, and payment is processed at the time of service. Our goal is to make the financial process clear and straightforward so you can focus fully on your care.
If we are in-network with your insurance provider, claims will be submitted on your behalf according to your plan benefits. For out-of-network clients, we can provide a detailed receipt, often called a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by provider and plan.
